Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the item has shipped it delivery is out of our control.

Monday - Friday 9am-2pm Central Time, excluding national holidays.
We primarily ship through USPS.
Order usually ship out within 5-7 business days.
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
If an item is available for international shipping, it will have the option on the listing.
If a customs charge occurs please note that you, the buyer, will be 100% responsible for this charge. We, the seller, are not responsible for the customs charge. Also, delivery can be delayed on any international shipment.
Please note that international orders can take up to 4 or more weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.
Our common processing time is 5-7 business days for apparel and 7-14 business days for custom orders (excluding national holidays). This does not include the shipping time. Please, check the item description for processing times as they may vary for each item. During peak sale times processing and shipping may take 2-3 days longer (example: Christmas and Fourth of July).
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change. However, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
